ALTA MEMBERSHIP
ALTA membership is open to all teachers of law, law librarians and all persons who have duties or interests in legal education in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands.
ALTA offers a two types of membership, Individual and Institutional.
Individual membership can be taken up by all individuals who comply with the ALTA Membership Criteria (as defined by section 3 of the ALTA Constitution).
Faculties can apply for Institutional Membership when a number of their staff wish to become ALTA members. Those Institutions which sign up 75% or more of their staff receive a $5 discount per member.As well as being a great way to develop contacts with other Legal Academics, ALTA Membership includes a number of benefits.
